The Jewish community has established the Jewish Community Disaster Fund to provide assistance to Jewish families and others in need who have been affected by the fires as well as to rebuild communal infrastructure if required.
Funds will be held by the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego in partnership with the United Jewish Federation of San Diego County. Relief will be provided through Jewish Family Service of San Diego and other community organizations. No overhead costs will be taken from the fund, and all dollars raised will help those in need.
Checks designated for the Fund can be made payable to the Jewish Community Foundation and sent to:
